Great Stay in Northern Thailand
We rate this place higher than anywhere we have stayed so far on our way through Thailand.
The welcome was very on brand with the theme of the hotel and we felt comfortable and relaxed on arrival.
The rooms awake and fresh interior was a highlight of the stay as it was fitting with how you want to enjoy a “green” oriented experience.
The service was excellent and you felt prioritised at anytime (shout out to staff)
Greeted on arrival and received welcome drinks and “treats” and shown the iPad system (how to request/ communicate with staff).
Clean and as mentioned VERY comfortable with a great interior design.
Overall an amazing stay and would DEFINITELY recommend.

The only cons would be nitpicks, however there should be a fridge in the rooms for water bottles etc. given the more remote location (on foot) and nature of the stay.
Also the digital concierge service didn’t flow as easy as it seemed.
Messages were sometimes read and not replied to
So knowledge of staff hours would be helpful.
No plug socket by desk so had to put kettle on floor with extension plugs so it didn’t feel too safe (British people need tea/ coffee!)

One of my favorite vacation get aways, I will always be coming back
What a cool place this was, tucked away under the hills of Chiang Mai, it really feels like an escape. Everything was so green and lush, and there were these amazing views of the natural greenery and trees around the property. The property itself was spotless, the rooms are very clean, as well as the court yard. The staff are amazing, so friendly and happy. I think my favorite part is instead of going to a reception desk to check in, the staff comes to your car with a welcome drink, takes your luggage directly to your room, walks you to your room and then checks you in there. more places should do that, its very comforting haha. also the butlers and concierge literally do what ever you need. (Im talking about like even going to 7/11 for you) The pool was beautiful, and the owner was so friendly, spending time with us and letting us know what there is to do in the neighborhood. The massages were amazing, and so many options. You can tell the message therapists know what they are doing. I cant forget to mention the food was so good, every meal from breakfast to dinner was always so good. Instead of TV's, each room comes with its own iPad, and the iPads basically connect you to everything in the hotel. IF you ever need anything you can directly contact the concierge or butler through the ipads and they will help you. There are also multiple paid streaming services on the ipad. This place was awesome, and i would recommend it to anyone. Also AC works very well in this Thailand heat, and they did all my laundry #1 most important thing.
the pool and the rooms are not that close to each other, you have to walk to the pool. no mini fridge, but if you ask they will keep anything you need cold in their kitchen fridge. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger. The shower size is fine, but no bathtub.

Good from far but far from good
The ability to smoke on the property. Newly paved road.
Well when I looked closer the room had the feel that 3 blind mice serviced it. From the cheap furniture to the apparent quality towels, I found it all of cheap quality. The use of an iPad as an intercom was horrible as you would send an iMessage and see read but no one replies and late response. E.g. I ordered a coke and it was then ordered by delivery through the concierge then I ended up with coke zero, about 15 minutes later I had a cole coke. So no this is not a competitor with any major hotel chain. The views available are a wall and an overgrown storm water drain so when they say it is plush and green it's not.
